Layaway Program

We understand that a saddle is a big purchase. That is why we are introducing the Noble Saddle lay away program. We will lay away any of our saddles for you. Take up to 3 months to pay and we will ship the saddle to you as soon as the full amount is received. The first $100.00 is a non-refundable deposit. Give us a call to place a saddle on our layaway program.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied! We encourage you to try your saddle for proper fit of the horse and rider. If it does not fit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product to make arrangements for a return or exchange. Returns – New, unused items must be returned in original condition. An unused item will contain no scuffs, scratches, dirt or horse hair.

• Items with “Shipping Included” in purchase price will have actual shipping charges deducted from refund.

• Unused items will incur a 5% stocking fee.

• Custom saddles, special order items or used items cannot be returned.

Exchanges – Exchanges will be accepted as long as the original purchase is returned in new, unused condition. Shipping charges on original order will be charged against the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items – Please contact us immediately if you receive your item damaged. We will exchange the item if a replacement is available or we will refund your purchase.
